Chemically reactive species and radiation effects on MHD convective flow past a moving vertical cylinder

The interaction of free convection chemically reactive species and thermal radiation of a viscous incompressible unsteady MHD flow past a moving vertical cylinder is studied numerically. The fluid is gray, absorbing-emitting but non-scattering medium and the Rosseland approximation is used to describe the radiative heat flux in the energy equation. A family of governing partial differential equations is solved by an implicit finite difference scheme of Crank–Nicolson type, which is stable and convergent.
