Application of homotopy perturbation method for a conductive–radiative fin with temperature dependent thermal conductivi

In this work, the Homotopy perturbation method is used to analyze the effect of environmental temperature, surface emissivity parameter on the temperature distribution, efficiency and heat transfer rate of a conductive radiative fin with variable thermal conductivity and surface emissitivity. The study of effect of environmental temperature, hs and ha is taken separately. The analysis is carried out to study the variation of local fin temperature distribution of fin material, fin efficiency and heat transfer rate for various values of thermo physical parameters such as thermal conductivity parameters, surface emissivity parameters, environmental temperature (hs and ha), and radiation conduction parameter.
