and to evaluate the fitness of a solution for a given application. The Guideline is oriented to the PCS users, and it is not aimed at defining the test
procedures for validating the PCS in terms of internal software structures and operations. The basic goal of the Guideline is to allow a user to evaluate if a given PCS fulfill the
technical requirements of a specific application
